1. Acceptance
By using Mayno you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Not medical advice
IMPORTANT: Mayno is a health information tool, NOT a medical device. Nothing here constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, call 999 (UK) or local emergency services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mayno.
4. Account
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: • Use Mayno for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to access other users' data • Reverse engineer or scrape the service • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
6. Practitioner terms
Practitioners additionally agree to: • Provide accurate credential information • Maintain current professional registration and insurance • Comply with all applicable professional standards • Notify Mayno immediately if your registration or insurance lapses
7. Practitioners from other countries/regions
Mayno shows you practitioners in your own country/region by default. If no practitioner is available there, you may choose to view and book practitioners based in other countries or regions. Before doing so you must confirm that you understand these practitioners are not in your country/region. By confirming, you accept that: • The practitioner may not be licensed or registered to practise in your country/region, and different professional standards, regulations, and consumer protections may apply • Prescriptions, referrals, tests, or treatment recommended by the practitioner may not be valid or available where you live • You take full responsibility for your decision to see a practitioner outside your country/region • Mayno is not liable for any consequences arising from consultations with practitioners outside your country/region If you have not added your country to your profile, you will be shown practitioners from all countries. Add your country to your profile to see only practitioners in your country/region.
8. Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancel any time; effect at end of billing period. Refunds per applicable consumer protection law.
9. Intellectual property
All content, code, and design in Mayno is owned by Mayno Health Ltd. You retain ownership of your health data.
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mayno in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
Laws of United States of Ameria. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of American courts.
